Initial Deep Clean Required

All new clients must begin with an Initial Deep Clean or Move-In Clean before starting recurring services. This step is essential to bring your home up to our maintenance standard—no exceptions.

5-Week Gap Policy

If more than 5 weeks pass between cleanings, a Full Deep Clean will be required again before we can resume recurring services. This helps us reset the home back to our high standard of cleanliness.

Bi-weekly Skip Adjustment

If you skip a bi-weekly cleaning and go 4 weeks instead, please note that the rate will be adjusted to our Monthly Maintenance Cleaning rate due to the additional time and effort required.
